Up-Level Dreamwork™
Therapy is a powerful place to explore our clients' dreams. When we include our clients' dreams and unconscious into our sessions, we gain potent potential for meaningful transformation. In Up-level Dreamwork™, you will learn safe, ethical, trauma‑informed ways to work with dreams that sparks breakthroughs without re‑hashing trauma narratives. You will learn how to directly engage non-conscious implicit memories and processes to bridge understanding between unconscious dream symbols and conscious growth. We will explore dreams as healing maps to empower your clients with new insights. You’ll learn how to guide your clients to explore dream deconstruction, decoding dream elements and archetypes as aspects of the Self, psychophysiological tools to transform the worst nightmares, and easy to use exercises that lead to clear insight and new epiphanies.
Group Case Consultation
This is a 3-hour online consultation session where you bring real cases from your practice and receive guidance from Dr. Abi, a senior SE faculty member.
You'll present challenges you're facing with clients, ask questions about nervous system tracking or intervention choices, and learn alongside other practitioners working through similar questions.
The format is collaborative. Dr. Abi facilitates the group and helps you think through what's happening in the body and nervous system using SE concepts like pendulation, titration, SIBAM, coupling dynamics, energy wells and physiological tracking.
Live Demo Workshops
Join our live Zoom workshops where you observe Dr. Abi conducting SE sessions with volunteer participants in real time. After each demonstration, the group deconstructs what happened: you'll map the nervous system tracking, see how intervention choices were made, and understand the moment-to-moment decision-making that shapes effective trauma work.
This is observational learning at its most valuable. You're not presenting your own cases here. Instead, you're watching a senior faculty member work and then unpacking exactly what happened in the body, the nervous system, and the therapeutic relationship.
Sessions are offered as 3-hour or 6-hour workshops, depending on the date.
