Absolutely. Up-Level Dream Work™ was designed for a wide range of people: therapists, coaches, healers, and anyone who wants to work with dreams as a personal growth tool. If you're a dreamer curious about your own inner world, you'll find just as much value as a licensed clinician.
Is this self-paced? How long do I have access? +
Yes — all video lessons are self-paced and always available. Once you enroll, you have lifetime access to the core curriculum inside your portal. There's no expiry and no rush.
What's the difference between Essential and Premium? +
Essential gives you the complete 42-lesson curriculum at your own pace. Premium adds 8 recorded live volunteer dreamwork sessions plus 3 live Q&A Supervisions with Dr. Abi directly.
Do I need prior knowledge of Jungian psychology? +
Not at all. Module I covers all the foundational theory you need — including Jungian analysis, depth psychology, and modern neuroscience.
