Join Dr. Abi Blakeslee and Cindy Brooks for a unique three-day in-person retreat in the beautiful California mountains. Learn to work with your dreams through deconstruction, live volunteer sessions, and eco-therapy exercises in nature.

What to Bring
- Comfortable clothing and layers (mountain temperatures vary)
- a journal and sketchbook
- Your favorite colored pencils or art supplies
- A water bottle or reusable mug
- Snacks if needed
- A dream or two in mind to work with.
Getting There & Lodging
Closest airport: Palm Springs. Rent a car or Uber to Idyllwild — there are no Ubers within Idyllwild itself. It is about a 1-mile walk from the retreat center to restaurants in town.
Lodging available at Silver Pines Lodge and Silver Pines Village, 25955 Cedar Street, Idyllwild. Airbnbs are also available nearby. We recommend booking early.
Eligibility
This event is in-person only. Open to all adults 18 and over. No prerequisites required.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if the workshop is canceled by us. Cancellations made one month or more before the start date receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than one month before the start date receive a 50% refund. No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 4 days of the start date.
