People say dreams are meaningless. What if they're
the most precise map you've never learned to read?
Join Dr. Abi Blakeslee for three free live sessions exploring Up-Level Dream Work™ — a method that weaves neuroscience, Jungian depth psychology, and interoceptive awareness into a way of working with dreams that creates insight, resolution, and wonder. No prior experience needed.
Here's what most people
get wrong about dreams.
Most people have been told — by a teacher, a colleague, or just the general noise of modern life — that dreams are random. That they don't mean anything. That they're just the brain cleaning house overnight.
What you're about to experience across three live sessions is going to show you something very different.
Dreams aren't random. They are maps — precise, personal, and often pointing toward exactly what needs attention. And the reason most people never access that intelligence isn't because the dreams aren't clear enough.
It's because nobody ever taught them how to enter one.
"Dreams are the best way not to have to rehash trauma. The dream already did the processing. Our job is to enter it skillfully — and let it move."
— Dr. Abi Blakeslee
Not a lecture. Not a webinar.
Something more alive than that.
Each session, Dr. Abi works with a volunteer dreamer live on Zoom — entering the dream through sensation and image rather than interpreting it from the outside. You watch. You witness. And something happens anyway — it finds you.
Dr. Abi works with a volunteer dreamer live on Zoom. You'll watch a dream come alive — not analyzed from the outside, but entered from within, through sensation, image, and what the dreamer already knows. Something in the room shifts. It almost always does.
A second volunteer, a different dream, a completely different emergence. What surfaces in a live session surprises everyone — including Dr. Abi. This is the method in its most honest, most alive form. You'll leave this session thinking about your own dreams differently.
Bring whatever surfaced for you across the first two sessions — a question, a dream that's been with you, a moment that stayed. Dr. Abi holds space for the group to integrate, explore, and go deeper. Often the richest hour of the three.
You've always sensed your dreams are trying to tell you something.
The people who find this work most resonant are often the ones who've carried a particular dream for years — not quite knowing what to do with it, but certain it mattered.

You haven't had a method You've always felt your dreams matter — the ones that stay with you, the ones that come back, the ones that feel more vivid than your waking life. But you've never had a way to actually work with them. Just the feeling that there's something there.

You want to go deeper with clients You're a therapist, healer, or practitioner who wants to bring something genuinely different into sessions — a way to access deeper layers without asking clients to revisit what was most painful.

You're done with symbol dictionaries You've heard of dream work but assumed it meant interpreting symbols from a book. This is completely different — and you'll see exactly why the moment you watch it live.
Dr. Abi Blakeslee,
Ph.D., MFT, SEP
SE® Senior Faculty · Founder, Up-Level Dream Work™
Dr. Abi Blakeslee is a trauma psychologist, SE® Senior Faculty at Somatic Experiencing International, and the founder of Up-Level Dream Work™ — a method she developed over more than two decades of clinical practice.
Her Ph.D. dissertation, supervised by a committee that included Dr. Daniel Siegel, explored the role of implicit memory in trauma healing. She is Legacy Faculty at Dr. Peter Levine's Ergos Institute for Somatic Education and has taught and consulted with thousands of practitioners and clients worldwide.
What she keeps coming back to, after all this time: the dreaming mind already knows where it wants to go. Her work isn't about interpreting what dreams mean. It's about entering what they hold.
From the dream work community
I learned so much about dreams, the hero's journey, and how to help clients access insight from it with movement and storytelling. My mind was opened to a new way of thinking about dream content — and I use what I've learned with clients and even myself.
Caitlin Magidson · LCPCThis dream workshop bridged so many gaps in my healing journey. I now have curiosity about dreams that used to hold me paralyzed. Befriending my shadow decreased activation and helped me access emotions and find meaning in why I dream what I do. I will absolutely continue exploring what gifts my dreams are offering me.
